Market Data Terms

CQG contracts with certain Customers (as defined in the relevant Service Agreement, End User License Agreement, or other contract with CQG regarding the provision of Market Data) to facilitate delivery of Market Data. If Customer receives Market Data from any Exchange/Market Data source, Customer acknowledges he/she is bound by any terms set forth by of the applicable Exchange/Market Data source with regard to use of said Market Data. The terms and conditions associated with Market Data use from respective Exchanges or other data sources vary by source and may change from time to time, and the latest versions of such terms and conditions will apply. Relevant agreements and/or terms for some of our Market Data partners are outlined below. A complete copy of relevant agreements and/or terms can be obtained from Customer’s CQG Sales and/or Support representatives upon request.
